My computer had a problem where the hard drive crashed. Jim restored it to the original condition. Jim was good to work with and fixed it right the first time. I would definitely give Jim any future business I have.

My son’s laptop hard drive died, so I bought him a new one and tried to install it ourselves to no avail. Jim was able to determine that the motherboard was a UK board that my son had replaced while overseas. Sony does not sell rescue disks for this board. Jim was able to install Windows 7, update the firmware, install free maintenance software, and now the machine really moves along. I highly recommend his service.

Cleaned my spyware for FREE!
Long story short, I had my laptop for a while, and the problem occurred a week after I got it, so I sent it to HP under the warranty service to be fixed. But then the same problem occurred a few weeks later because they were missing a screw. Lenk PC Service looked well done compared to what HP did, also for a cool price and great customer service, even cleaned my spyware for FREE!
