I just picked up my laptop from Jim Lenk. It would go to a black screen when starting up. Jim revived it yet another time. Jim is my “go to guy” for computer repairs. Over the years we have had occasion to use Jim many times and have always been pleased with his outstanding service. He not only diagnosed the problem and solved it, but installed software to keep it running strong and safe from viruses and malware. He also installed software and left a schedule of maintenance procedures to keep it safe and secure. Jim is an honest, straightforward and knowledgeable guy whom I would heartily recommend.

I contacted Mr. Lenk after my computer would not let me access my log in. After a couple of tries it did not let me do any thing. So i tried to re-boot the computer and nothing, so i did not know what to do. A few years back i also had another laptop that crashed and i brought it to Mr. Lenk and he fixed it very quickly. So I contacted him and he did inform me that the version of Windows that I had was not a very good version and he sat with me and went over different versions of Windows with me and told me what would be best for my laptop. Needless to say Jim went over every piece of my laptop to find every problem that was wrong with it like a fine mechanic would in a car. My laptop runs better and more efficiently now than ever before. I would take my laptop or desktop to Mr Lenk without hesitation.

I was listening to a local radio show one day a few years ago and heard about Jim on the program I was listening to. I called him to see if he could take a look at my Dell which just stopped working one day, and told him how I got his name from the radio show. We made an appointment and I took it there and since it was an older model, he suggested I look into a newer one. I asked if he had any there and he did and he fixed me up with a re-conditioned one that was beautiful and had everything I needed on it. Since then he is “my go-to technician” for any computer issues. After a few more years I needed another re-conditioned one and he fixed me up with another beauty and did a lot of work on my previous one so I could give that one to my husband. When transferring the data, we ran into a technical problem with Verizon and my email and he was very patient about working through the issue. He really knows his field and gives the customer many extras. I recommend him to anyone having computer problems. Glad he is there for us.

Came recently to upgrade my Norton Anti-Virus. He did save me some money by also doing my laptop with a 3 user version of Norton. He recommended that I call to investigate my slow Internet speed. My ISP is sending me a new Modem/Router/wireless/for free because Jim ordered me to do so. And I am glad he did because he saved me a bunch of money. Down to earth and very knowledgeable guy.
Best Recommendation I Ever Had
I was recommended to Jim by my accountant several years ago. Over the years, he had to deal with some real issues with several of our computers. Without a doubt, he always seemed to be my savior. My husband and I own a transmission shop, and all our records are on QuickBooks, so it is almost impossible to be without a computer. So Jim always comes through for us with flying colors. It’s the best recommendation I ever had. Best honest customer service and best prices and communication.
