Jim is absolutely the BEST service person ever to walk into my home. I never have had a computer person REALLY find the problem, but jump around. While what I tried to communicate appeared as the same problem, now only more complex. Jim stayed until he found the actual problem instead of bandaging some symptoms, charging and leaving. He found the wires to the router just weren’t connecting… Other IT people have said, “Very impressive”, when I describe his journey to actually fix the problem and not take the easy way out.
