This was the second time that I’ve gone to Jim for help with a laptop problem. In this case, it was a malfunctioning cooling fan. Jim explained the issue, put it right quickly, and gave a thorough explanation of the process. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Jim’s services again, and I heartily recommend him to anybody.

Jim has worked on two computers for me now – and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I have brought 3 laptops to fix to Lenk PC this year. Service was very quick and thorough. Jim is very knowledgeable about Windows system tuning, virus/spam cleanup and has a great customer service. I am glad to have him as my go-to PC service.

I called Jim and told him I was like the little duck with the sledge hammer on his web page – I was that close. The doctor saw me right away. But the patient had a massive heart attack right on the examining table (my hard drive crashed while sitting in Jim’s shop). I thought it was all over – silly me. Computer is back better than ever and as always I have a machine that will give me increased enjoyment. I just wish Jim would stop saying “It isn’t rocket science” because it really is. Hard drive went. Googled Dell All-In-One repair near Pottstown. Found this website and it was the best thing that could have happened. Called, got immediate response and service. Hard drive replaced and information recovered all within days. Friendly, knowledgeable service and will definitely use in the future!

Have trusted Jim Lenk for computer service for quite a few years. Recently had a laptop hard drive crash. Jim had the remedy quickly but we opted to purchase one of Jim’s preowned and upgraded All in One desktop PCs instead. Jim was very helpful getting it up and running and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase. I’ve gone to Jim for help twice now, once to fix my PC when the hard drive crashed and a couple years later I took it back to have him upgrade some components so that the kids could play newer games on it. Both times I was very happy with the service. Jim is very thorough with his explanations and advice and he does an excellent job cleaning the machine as well. The PC looks and runs like new when you get it back.

Jim worked on my tower two times and i got it back with lot better then i gave to him plus gave me help tips to keep it up cleaned.

I took my computer to Lenk PC because it stalled while downloading 21 Microsoft updates. Over time my computer had started to slow down. Jim did updates to Microsoft and my hard drive. He cleaned out a lot of “junk”. I picked up my computer and started working. However, I could not find important Excel files I use on a daily/weekly basis. I tried to search my computer to no avail. I emailed Jim, and he called and asked me to bring my computer back and he would try to figure out the problem. Within fifteen minutes, he located the problem. When I purchased my computer, the people downloaded files from my old computer onto my new computer. They put them in an odd place that I could have never found. I cannot tell you how happy I am. He is professional, fast, efficient and a very nice person.
