Apparently, spilling a drink on your computer is a bad thing. Lenk PC quickly recognized the problem and repaired my laptop. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new laptop, but Lenk PC proved me wrong and saved me the cost of a new one! Highly recommend!

I’ve used Lenk PC service (Jim) numerous times since 2007. Blue screens, virus problems, hard drive problems, etc. Latest was an unknown program (virus?) controlling the CPU. He was able to save all my files, and as my computer was rather old, we then agreed on an upgraded rebuilt DELL, with a newer operating system. I’m pleased with this new computer system and learning all the new features it has. I would recommend Jim to anyone with computer problems. He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and just a very nice person.

Computers and I do not get along, thank goodness for Jim Lenk. My problems usually start very soon after I operate the “on” switch, and that is when I need Jim. He has always been prompt, courteous, and thorough.
