I recently had an issue with my tablet charging and was in search of a computer repair person who was a small local business. After taking my tablet to Jim I would certainly recommend him to anyone. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue through Vizio directly on behalf of me. Great customer service doesn’t come along often and certainly deserves the recognition when it does.
