My Dell Inspiron 1750 had a major hard drive failure. Jim was able to back all my files and upgrade the hard drive. This laptop never ran so good or fast. I found Jim to be extremely professional, knowledgeable of the latest technology, and very cost-competitive. He works for his clients as he would his own equipment. I highly recommend him for any computer problems. Turnaround time is fast. He takes the time to answer any question you might have.

Let me just say Jim is the best. He knows what he’s doing, is very professional, and extremely nice. He doesn’t make me feel like the computer illiterate that I am and gets the job done in a decent amount of time. Because of my great experience with Jim, I recommended my husband take his laptop as well when he had a virus. Jim fixed it up, gave it back, and even installed some maintenance programs so it won’t happen again! Jim is now our official computer guy, and we love him.
