I am one very satisfied customer. I had problems with the wireless on my laptop and its overall sluggish performance. Not only did Jim restore the wireless capability, he made several recommendations to improve the performance of my old PC, which turned it into a near new computer. He installed Windows 7, increased the memory, and added maintenance programs to keep it running smoothly. This was all done promptly and cost less than thought.
