I have been a happy customer of Jim Lenk for over 10 years and would not think of going anywhere else. I recently needed to get a new computer and Jim gave me pointers on what I needed to look for when shopping, then took care of moving my info from old to new. A few days later he called to be sure I was doing OK with my new computer – that is customer service!

This was the 3rd time I used this service, and I needed it done for a trip I was taking. The service was excellent and was ready before I started packing for my trip. I would take my computer and laptop here any time to be serviced.

I went to log on my Dell desktop one afternoon after using it just that morning. When I tapped a key to awaken the computer it attempted to boot up but the only display on the monitor was a black screen with a blinking white cursor in the upper left corner. I immediately knew it was a problem I couldn’t/shouldn’t try to fix myself. Previously I had a firm in West Chester do the repair work the only time it needed it but I didn’t want to run to West Chester so I did a search and found that Lenk’s was about 2 miles from my home and more importantly had a stellar track record. I dropped it off , Mr. Lenk diagnosed the problem ., made the necessary repairs and reinstalled all the data that was lost on the hard drive (fortunately I had been backing everything up). The computer was back to me in 3 days and has never worked better. I strongly recommend Lenk PC Service to anyone who is looking for prompt service and quality workmanship at an affordable price. You’ll be glad you did.

Jim brought my laptop back to life very quickly. Besides his top-notch competency derived from his many years of experience, he is an excellent communicator who listens to his customers and also patiently explains the diagnosis and repair process. Jim engaged me in friendly, almost leisurely, conversation at drop-off and pick-up, but he must work like a madman in his elven workshop at night when no one else is around. A permanent addition to my contact list!

Jim did an excellent job improving the overall health of my Dell Latitude 3590. Windows was not installing updates and the laptop was running extremely slow. Jim installed an Intel 512GB NVMe M.2 SSD, updated Windows to11 Pro and performed numerous other remedies. The laptop is running great and I am more than pleased with the service! Jim was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I had my laptop in need of a new DC power jack and Jim was able to remove the damaged piece and solder on a new jack to get my computer going again. I will be taking more work there and would highly recommend.
