Once this problem was found, Jim went over the smartest option with me, which was to get a new cooler. My PC works perfectly now. He often called me to inform me where he was at in the process, which I appreciate since I was quite nervous about getting my PC fixed. Don’t worry if you don’t know all the technical language to describe your computer problems – Jim does! My computer got to the point where it was barely responsive. A+ service, Jim was very easy to work with and takes time with you to discuss the issues and assess the problem. His assessment on repair/cost was very close to final and Jim is very communicative throughout the process. In my case the PC would not charge because of an issue with the motherboard. Replaced the motherboard, reasonable cost to repair with itemized bill. Less than a week to get parts and finish and my old 2012 work horse is back at it. Not to mention he also ran a software clean and checked for malware, updated the operating system, checked the bios and made sure all was working as it should, etc. Very happy with Jim’s service.

Odd unknown pages would suddenly appear and any work on it became impossible. Novel those these anomalies were, Jim fixed my computer and these weird manifestations were no more!
