Fixed my bizarre laptop

My laptop had some serious issues. Crazy bubbles would float continuously and as time past, increasingly around the screen. Odd unknown pages would suddenly appear and any work on it became impossible. Novel those these anomalies were, Jim fixed my computer and these weird manifestations were no more! Jim kept me abreast of the progress on this computer and another I had left with him and when finished he explained everything clearly. I would totally recommend anyone to trust any computer issues they might have with him.

After four years of use, my computer's battery died and I decided to bring it in to Jim to have it replaced. He not only replaced the battery, but also found and fixed a few other existing problems with my computer. It now runs better than ever and I couldn't be happier.

Excellent, as always.

Jim brought my wife's laptop back from the dead following a spill on the keyboard. He methodically verified all components still good and arrived at a solution which enabled us to determine to continue the repair. He was spot on as usual.

Saved my Laptop!

On June 3rd, my 18 month old laptop decided not to turn on. I reached out to Jim. On July 17th I got my my laptop back. It works great, boots super fast and I am loving it. The length time get things up and going was due to getting parts shipped during COVID-19. A power surge may have started all of the problems, but after replacing the motherboard and replacing a failing hard drive, we are good to go!   Thank you Jim!

Saved again

Jim bailed me out several years ago when a lightning strike took out my desktop power supply. Well early June storms did the same thing again. Jim was able to get my PC restored, and in the process upgraded my hard drive to a new, much faster SSD drive. My PC feels new again, and best of all, half a terabyte of pictures, documents, video were restored. Thanks Jim. I hope I never need you again, but if I do, I hope you are still there.

Jim Lenk was a life saver! I hadn't back up my files, and thanks to Jim he backed up everything for me before my computer went down so I didn't lose a thing. I decided to purchase a new computer as mine was pretty old and Jim guided me as to what to look for when buying another one. Jim set up my new computer and put everything on it that he backed up. Thanks to Jim I am up and running again with lightning speed!

Jim had a hard time figuring out why my computer wouldnt update. He did however figure it out. My computer is faster now then the day I bought it. Although it took much longer then I would have liked , he did call me several times to update me on what he was doing to diagnose the problem. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Great Service

Jim is a terrific person who delivers fantastic service.  Very quick and fair prices.  He has refurbished my PC, and laptop.
